    Coach, trainer and consultant in the Legal and TV Industries, specialising in work involving exposure to distressing material and trauma.

    I am a leadership coach, having completed training at The Tavistock Institute in coaching with a psychodynamic approach. I am also a certified body-oriented coach through The Somatic School, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. I have studied with world-leading trauma experts such as Dr. Peter Levine.

    Rebecca leads on Contributor Support and delivers trauma-informed training that empowers professionals to handle sensitive topics and support vulnerable individuals, fostering psychological safety and ethical storytelling. 

    By combining legal expertise with emotional resilience coaching, she equips teams to navigate trauma narratives with empathy and self-care. 

    With extensive experience in trauma-informed interviewing, Rebecca helps individuals feel confident, safe, and empowered in high-pressure settings and when delivering sensitive content.

  • Sasha Ondobaka

    Sasha Ondobaka brings a unique expertise in socio-cognitive neuroscience to Catch Yourself, holding a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, a Master of Research in Neuroscience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology. As a consultant and coach, Sasha integrates a deep understanding of cognitive and embodied processes to support clients in one-on-one settings and group facilitation. Sasha is trained as a Somatic/Body Oriented Coach, equipping clients to work through complex emotions and responses in high-stress professional environments. Additionally, Sasha consults on the development of training material for Catch Yourself, blending academic insights with practical, trauma-informed approaches to enhance legal practice and support client resilience.

    Jessica Williamson is a Creative Psychotherapist / Dramatherapy (MA). She began her career in theatre at the Royal Shakespeare Company and spent 20 years in artist management representing well know playwrights, comedians and performance artists. During this time, she was increasingly drawn to the powerful link between creative endeavour and trauma. A decade ago, Jessica retrained as a Dramatherapist. She now has a thriving private practice working with adults and young people both individually and in groups. She also works for the nation mental health charity Place2be and has additional qualifications in Therapeutic Groupwork, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness, Suicide and Self-harm Prevention.

    Psychotherapist, Body-Oriented Coach, Consultant, Facilitator

    Since qualifying as a psychotherapist in 2006, Claire has built deep expertise in complex trauma and vicarious trauma, supporting both those directly affected and those impacted through proximity. She works through individual and group sessions, consultation and clinical supervision.

    Her background spans forensics, working with young men and prison staff, as well as specialist study in child, adolescent and family dynamics. Alongside this, she nurtures special interests in education, relationship dynamics and whole bodymind approaches. Her additional training as a Somatic Body Oriented Coach richly enhances her work.

    Claire’s experience across the NHS, charities and private practice has shown her how vital it is to support not only individuals but also entire systems. She has seen first-hand the detrimental effects of inadequate support when working with challenging material. This drives her commitment to empowering individuals, teams and organisations to sustain wellness, resilience and creativity.

    Having worked in Theatre and TV for over 10 years as an Actor, Talia has more recently trained as a Body-Oriented Coach. Talia is passionate about creating space for trauma in storytelling, both true and imagined, and how we might keep ourselves and others safe in the process of working with trauma. Talia works 1-1 with clients, and groups in the Corporate and Entertainment sectors.
