Rebecca Norris - Catch Yourself

Sharing personal experiences on screen can be powerful and important, but it can also leave a lasting imprint. Whether contributors speak about trauma, identity or life-shaping events, the emotional and psychological impact doesn’t always stop when the cameras do.

At Catch Yourself, we offer specialist support for contributors - for preparation before filming, afterwards, or once the programme has aired - to help them to navigate their own responses, reactions from friends and family and the wider impact of media exposure.

We work with what’s there for a client, in front of us - by tuning into how the nervous system is responding in the moment. Our approach is grounded in the body, trauma-informed and tailored to each individual’s needs.

Why Catch Yourself?

We understand what it means to be under the spotlight.

At Catch Yourself, we specialise in supporting contributors and teams through the emotional impact of telling personal stories in public. Our work is grounded in deep experience of both the human nervous system and high-pressure, high-visibility environments.

We also train production teams in trauma-informed practice to safeguard everyone involved.

Alongside our media work, we also work with witnesses in major trials - we understand the cost of being visible, of speaking out, and of being judged.

Our multidisciplinary team includes experts in neuroscience, psychotherapy and psychology - giving us a grounded, evidence-based approach.

Proud to have worked with the following clients

…Camilla’s approach is different. Her coaching isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you see yourself more clearly. She gently brings to light the patterns that may be holding you back, while shining a light on the strengths and qualities you may not have even realised were there.

Thanks to our work together, I feel more connected to who I am. I’ve learned to slow down, to reflect, and to breathe. I’m showing up differently — not just for myself, but for the people around me, both at home and at work. It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for the clarity and confidence the opportunity of this journey has given me.”
